GENERAL INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by
'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, et al.
PRICE VALIDITY January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010

RESERVATION, PAYMENT POLICIES AND INFORMATION

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:**$300 non-refundable deposit to 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings, payable within 7 days of initial contact. No arrangements can be made with our wedding suppliers, locations, ministers, photographers, until the $300 deposit has been provided. Final payment is to reach 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, no later than 60 days prior to the services that we will be providing. If for any reason your deposit or balance payment is not received by 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings on or before due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the arrangements and to access the appropriate cancellation charges, if any.

** Exceptions: Some of our suppliers have different deposit and payment requirements. These requirements will be additional to those noted above.

PRICES: All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Quotes for wedding services are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote and subject to change. The suppliers we utilize may increase their services without notice and we are not responsible for any increase that occurs prior to final payment. All prices are subject to change until paid in full.

CHANGE FEES: Once a proposal is made and accepted, all changes that require efforts to revise estimates due to changes in flowers, locations and vendors, will incur a fee of $100.

CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations received by 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, that qualify for refunds, the following cancellation policy will apply in addition to any other fees charged by our suppliers.

Non-refundable 60 days out. If the wedding is cancelled and rebooked, all sums of money held by 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings will be applied to the future wedding minus any non-refundable fees from our suppliers (which often times can be considerable) Every effort will be made to reschedule your wedding at the most reasonable cost. There is a $100 minimum fee for the work required to reschedule.

Cancellation more than 60 days out: Many of these sums are fully or partially non-refundable prior to our 60 day non-refundable period. This is subject to review and each suppliers policies. We will always work on your behalf to obtain refunds where they are available.

** Exceptions: Some of our suppliers may have more restricted cancellation policies and charges.

REFUNDS: No refund will be given after the trip has started. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the trip including, but not limited to, airfare, transfers and accommodations. If it is believed that a refund is appropriate under the provisions of these terms and conditions (including cancellation by provider of service), the applicant must request the refund in writing and support the application with appropriate documents, within one month of return home. International Refunds can take up to 3 months.
Refunds usually take between 45 and 90 days from the date of written request.

WEDDING INSURANCE: We highly recommend wedding insurance. This insurance usually will not cover cancellation due to “change of mind”. It normally covers cancellation due to family illness and weather. One website you might look at for more information is www.wedsafe.com. We do not endorse this insurance company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings *, et al, act as agents for services provided by suppliers we utilize and cannot be held liable for any of those providing services . Therefore, all bookings with 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, are subject to terms and conditions and limitations imposed by service providers.

'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, et al, and the operators involved in this program shall be exempt from all liability for losses or additional expenses in respect or any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury, irrespective of the cause, including strikes, war, quarantine and whether or not directly or indirectly caused by any service provided or by a service provider, or by any property used or utilized by a service provider.

'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, et al, reserves the right to correct any errors, prices or omissions of information in this electronic brochure, prior to final payment being received by 'A'Ala Beautiful Hawaii Weddings*, et al.
Prices are only guaranteed upon Final Payment.
