A formal ocean view living room, a comfortable poolside family room, and a covered ground floor patio are all spacious living areas. A secluded, second story, outdoor lounging patio adds space to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and islands beyond.

The grounds are tropically landscaped with fruit trees including banana, papaya, coconut, and a variety of citrus. Additionally, bronze artwork from a renown Maui sculptor adorns the vistas across the lawn to the ocean shore. Following the lava rock formations along the shore takes you to the protected ocean cove on the property. You'll find easy access from the cove to a spur reef system where you will find abundant animal life hovering near the walls of the cove. Butterfly and Sargent Major fishes, turtles, urchins and hard corals are among the sea life that frequents our shores.

Once we have received your initial deposit, all prices quoted will be guaranteed once quoted. A prompt deposit will also guarantee the best selection of certain locations (that must be reserved in advance) and the guarantee of obtaining a preferred minister for your ceremony. Additional deposits will also be required for other professional services.
