Located throughout the villa for guest comfort are multiple private entertainment areas for card games, business meetings, or private multi-media entertainment.

Most bedrooms have beach or ocean views, private phone, writing desk and chair, sitting area, deluxe bath amenities, choice of down or luxury foam pillows, variety of fine quality hangers, candles and other conveniences normally provided only in luxury hotels. Many bedrooms have direct outdoor access.

There is a 2nd oversized hot tub spa on the upstairs ocean front deck with panoramic views of beach by day and a canopy of stars by night. 3 bedrooms are in a cluster on the main ground floor and create a private wing for the convenience or privacy of extended families.The pool bath is a full spa bath with separate shower and toilet facilities allowing simultaneous use. Abundant beach towels are provided and there is an outdoor beach shower near the pool. Service staff, private chef, security and other visitors may access the villa via an outdoor walk way leading directly into the kitchen area and thereby avoiding passing through the main house. Once we have received your initial deposit, all prices quoted will be guaranteed once quoted. A prompt deposit will also guarantee the best selection of certain locations (that must be reserved in advance) and the guarantee of obtaining a preferred minister for your ceremony. Additional deposits will also be required for other professional services.
